You'll get 52 editing credits as soon as you join the BVS+ Editing program. You can use these credits in a VARIETY of ways during the 12-month program.
We guarantee that you'll receive original video content through this process (even if life gets in the way and you can't send us footage at times).
Create a Video Recipe! Use one of our pre-made scripts to record a short video. We have 230+ Video Recipes (scripts + instructions) in our catalog on real estate and non-real estate topics.
Create a *custom short-form video. Record an educational video, community video, home tour video, skit video, etc. We'll take your footage and create a compelling short video (under 2 minutes long).
Create a *custom long-form video. We'll help you make an educational video, community video, home tour video, skit video, etc that is up to 10 minutes long.

Watch the video example to see how we'd edit a typical Video Recipe. For short-form video edits, we will do the following:

✅ adjust the footage coloring and audio

✅ add 3-5 image/video clips (b-roll)

We'll make it as EASY as possible for you to create videos.

✓ Scheduled Work Sessions. If you need scheduled time to get your videos recorded, join us for one or a few Work Sessions each month. We hold 4 sessions a week (recurring time slots). You can use them to simply knock out video work and/or get guidance from an instructor.
✓ Regular texts/emails. We'll check in regularly -- especially if you aren't submitting footage -- to see what's going on and how we can help.

What are Video Recipes?
Video Recipes give you all the ingredients you need to need to make a specific video!
Each Video Recipe includes a video script (of course)... but also other important information. You'll get step-by-step instructions on how to make the video and post copy you can use when distributing it. We also make an example video to go along with each Recipe. You can take this example and rip it off. Copy the voice inflection, mannerisms and editing style!
Ultimately, Video Recipes make video creation FAST and EFFICIENT. Each Video Recipe takes approximately 10-30 minutes to record.

What turnaround time can I expect for my video edits?
Once you initiate a "video project" by submitting video footage and notes, we will get your edited video back to you within 7 business days. Usually, we edit even faster than that... but are editing team does encounter busier times. Expect to get your video back within 7 business days at the latest (not counting revisions).
Can I submit footage for multiple videos at once?
Absolutely! We know that many content creators "batch record" their videos. You can upload footage for multiple video projects to your dedicated folder. We will, however, edit one video at a time. Once a project is finalized, we will move to work on your next uploaded video project.
What if I need editing revisions?
You can give our editors one additional round of revisions for each video project. This means that once they edit your video and send it to you for "review," you can respond back ONCE with info about one or several adjustments you'd like. We will do our best to make those adjustments, as long as they fall within the scope of our editing services. We will then provide a finalized video file you can download and use!
Remember that you might especially need revisions especially with your first few projects with us. Once our editors get to know your brand and style, they'll be able to produce the right type of edits the first time around!
Can I send in multiple clips and/or b-roll that I want to be used in the videos?
Absolutely! We will accept multiple pieces of video footage and will use custom b-roll footage (ex: images, video clips, graphics etc) that you provide for a project. We do have some restrictions so our editors don't have to sift through TOO much footage (which takes a lot of time!).
Please only send us 20 assets total (ex: video clips, images, graphics, etc) per video project. We also ask that you provide some notes or labels (through our system) that will help us understand how to piece together these assets for your video. Also, send us 10 minutes of footage (total) for short-form video projects and 20 minutes of footage (total) for long-form video projects.
Do I need to buy anything else to do this program?
Not necessarily! We do RECOMMEND that you have access to two resources for recording your videos:
a teleprompter app
a tripod (for stable footage)
Once you join the program, you will get access to trainings on free and paid teleprompter options (ex: BIGVU, CapCut, PromptSmart Pro, etc). You can decide which one you'd like to use (if any).
A tripod is not essential but is a useful equipment product for more stable footage. You'll get access to our equipment guide and can buy a tripod for as little as $25. We will also provide recommendations for other equipment like lights, microphones, cameras, etc... but we only advise you to purchase equipment if you absolutely need it to solve a recording problem. Don't buy things too proactively and waste money!
